If your goal is purely focused on profit, this may not involve me. However, if you believe in offering the public something that satisfies all the involved parties – both passive and active – something that goes far beyond a Business Plan, a ROI., surely virtuous exercises of assembled numbers  – indeed unavoidable integral parts of the whole infrastructure of a healthy enterprise, to be clear! – but that personnel are loyal spontaneously, with a daily desire to improve and self-improve, with suppliers who are the first to check supplies to consistently deliver the best, with customers who are the first to promote everywhere what they have found good and beautiful, and who are also a spur and stimulus thanks to any possible criticism they may and/or want to provide.
